Renters Insurance
All our homes require that a licensee provide renters insurance when licensing the use of one of our homes. The easiest way to get it is to call your current insurance provider and tell them the address of the home and additionally you will insure the owner of the home and Five Star Destinations. This insurance is very cost effective and usually covers all your personal property that you are traveling with as well as any property you have in a car. It usually covers you in the event you need to move out during the rental and for personal liability up to $1,000,000 for you, your family, or your invitees.
