The HH Ranch is a very special ranch is a Family Compound, Corporate Retreat, Wedding Site or Hunting Retreat has 90 acres surrounded by National Forest, with dramatic views of the West Elk Mountain Range. Out your back door, the HH Ranch has access to one of the largest Elk Populations in Colorado, fishing reservoirs, ATV trails, snowmobile trails, biking and hiking trails. There is a creek & 2 ponds on the property. The Main Lodge has a great room with a fireplace, a saloon with a fireplace, a chef's kitchen with fireplace & 2 private guest suites. There are 4 guest cabins each with a fireplace, sleeping area, sitting area and extra bedroom and one bath. Additionally, there are two apartment staff cabin each with its own bath. There is a large, oversized garage with equipment storage. There are more than 8,100 heated square feet. It is fully furnished down to linens & dishes. The furniture was made by the famous Crystal Farm. This property has the main lodge with two guest suites with ensuite bathrooms. Each of the 4 cabins has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, the largest cabin has a galley kitchen and laundry and the other three have mini kitchens. The two-story Caretaker cabin has two apartments with small kitchens and bathrooms.All Electric, Water, Telephone, Septic & Propane are installed underground, so it feels like a ranch out of the old west. The Ranch currently leases out to cattle which will your visitors in the summer and fall on part of the property. The rest of the ranch is use licensed out for private use, or special events. The Ranch is accessible 8. months a year by a county road & in the winter you access by snow cats or snowmobiles. This is what Colorado is all about, Spectacular views and privacy. You are surrounded by panoramic mountain ranges, endless forests, large fishing lakes, trails, and some of Colorado’s great ranches. From Aspen or Glenwood Springs, take Highway 82 to Carbondale which is Highway 133. Take Highway 133 over McClure Pass, from the top of the pass, it is 6 miles to the turn off to County Rd 265 ( the turn is called Colbran ) a right turn, you will go 13 miles on 265 always look for the Colbran sign, keep to the right never turn left or right. The gate has a large ranch sign over the entry that says HH RANCH.
