AIRBNB, EXPEDIA and more. The owner decides which of these sites they want us to advertise based
on booking fees that are associated with each company.
- Premier guest amenities include a choice of: Aspen Airport transportation, a choice of limited
health club passes, limited children’s passes for the Aspen Recreation Center, limited in house
massages, housekeeping, private club use for dining and cocktails, gift baskets, concierge
services.(This is all based on their Resort Fee.)
- Each home must have a caretaker or manager to manage any of the potential home requests or
problems that happens within a house.
- When a guest requests a special type of car, driver, chef, butler, nanny, ski-instructor or
laundress, we have access to the best in each area.
- Five Star Destinations is a fully licensed business and fully insured. It has been in operation
for over 25 years.
- Strategic marketing and promotions to increase sales through more exposure and increased lead
generation, including search optimization, Google AdWords, and targeted email marketing.
- Prompt, personalized follow-through on rental inquiries, calendar management, bookings, rent
collection, property protection, pre-stay concierge services, “welcome home” follow-up, and
issue resolution and online availability for an owner to black out future dates for themselves.
- We have monthly reservation reports and twice monthly rental distributions.
- Inventory of your home, either hire us or give us the inventory, we work with the manager,
caretaker and owner to assure that after a rental it is left in the same condition it came to
the renter in, or we make use of the damage deposits if needed.
- If a homeowner does not have a full-time maid service we access some of the best cleaning and
maid services to help take care of the over flow.
